“Just Because” card

Hi Everyone, here is a new project for today that I made in response to Pam’s “Wild Wonderful Sky” Colour Challenge over at Splitcoast Stampers. So the challenge colours were Stampin Up’s “Wild Wasabi”, “Wisteria Wonder” & “Soft Sky”. I used those colours along with 1 sheet of the “Winter Frost” paper collection by We R Memory Keepers. The stamp used on the flowers & stems was “French Script” by Stampin Up. The corner punch I used on the tag is Fiskers “Lace”. The punch for the flower is “Blossom Petals Builder”, the stems is “Bird Builder” and the “Wild Wisteria” scalloped strip is “Scallop Edge Border”, all three are by Stampin Up. The inks are “Stampin Up “Spots” “Lavender Lace” & “Bashful Blue” and Prima “Garden Grass” Resist Chalk Edger. The butterfly is from Prima “Shabby Chic Treasures Collection – Butterflies” Resin Embellishments. The white paint is Liquitex Heavy Body Titanium White. The lace is Prima Lace Trim – Snow, the button is from my Mom’s or Great Grandma’s stash.

Tip for the Day: Many times when you’ve spent so much time working on or looking at something you’ve created the obvious misalignments or mistakes are not so obvious. So take a few minutes and walk away from it and return before the glue dries for a fresh look, that way the mistakes are jumping out at you rather than hiding in plain sight ;0)
Have a wonderful day Everyone
